butter , sugar, eggs, rice flour – emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids – glucose syrup – pea fiber – raising agents: sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate – potato starch – rhum alcohol – flavorings. 2% dark chocolate coating: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (E322 SOY lecithin ), natural vanilla flavor.

 

MIGNON WITH SHORTBREAD:

shortcrust pastry: rice flour, sugar, coconut and sunflower vegetable fats, eggs , milk powder, glucose syrup , salt, flavoring.

white or chocolate filling cream: butter, sugar, dark chocolate: (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier E322 soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), alcoholic rum.
