Soft sponge cake soaked in coffee and velvety mascarpone cream, decorated with bitter cocoa powder.

INGREDIENTS : rehydrated skimmed milk powder, vegetable oils and fats (coconut, sunflower), glucose syrup, sugar, eggs 7.5%, milk proteins, cocoa 4.4%, maltodextrins from corn, butter, rice flour, corn starch, vanilla alcohol, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cottage cheese (whey, cream, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), thickeners: carrageenan, xanthan, soluble coffee, flavors, stabilizer: glycerol, raising agents: sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, potato starch, pea fiber.
